BUTTER MASHED POTATOES BALLS



INGREDIENTS:Boiled Potatoes ½ kgButter 50gMilk 1 cupCream ½ cupFinely Chopped Garlic 1 tspOregano ½ tspSalt ½ tspBlack Pepper ½ tspParsley or Green Coriander 2 tbspCheddar Cheese ½ cupEggs 2Bread Crumbs as requiredOil for fryingMETHOD:First mash ½ kg boiled potatoes and then add 1 cup milk, 50g butter, ½ cup cream, 1 tsp finely chopped garlic, ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp black pepper and ½ cup cheddar cheese and make balls of it.Now fry it in heated oil with 2 eggs and bread crumbs after dipping it.
