Ingredients :
Fresh Cream ½litre
Fresh Milk ½kilo
Vanilla Essence few drop
Sugar 1 cup
Screw-pine 1 Tablespoon
Pistachios (chopped) 6
Gallatin powder 2 Tablespoon
Corn flour (dissolved in Water) 1Tablespoon
Peshawari Ice Cream Method :
• Boil milk in a pot; add sugar.
• Gradually add corn flour while stirring continuously;
when thick, remove from flame.
• When cooled, add remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly;
pour in an air-tight container, keep in freezer.
• When ice –cream is frozen, scoop out into bowl; serve.
