1-Maidah 1tbsp, Besan 1 tbsp, Banana kay patton ka ras , Haldi ½ tbsp, Cucumber jouce , Darchini pisi huyi ½ sp
Mandarjah bala ashya ko bahum mila kar layi si banalein. Is ubtan ko chehray par malein aur aik ghantah baad cheray dho dalein. Chehray ko towel kay bajaye tissue paper say khush karein.

Banana kay haray patton ka arq 8 drops, Arq-e-ghulab 4 drops
Is morakkab ko raat ko sonay say pehlay chehray par lagayein.
4-Kachay kelay (banana) ko mal mal kay saaf kapray par kash karein. Isi kapray say apna chehrah saaf karein.
5-Kachay kelay (banana) ka ras cheray ki jild kay liye be had mofeed hai. Is kay ras ko face mask kay tor par jild par lagayein. Das minute kay baad sada pani say monh dho dalein.
