This country could first have access to the internet in 2001 and since then the internet users are suffering from a very slow internet speed which is lower than 256 kbps , this low internet speed is not planed to be changed anytime soon either .
9- Malaysia .
Malaysia is another country with a very slow internet speed of under 256 kbps and it even go slower when more people are connected across the country , the internet came to this Asian country in 1995 and since then it saw a little improvements but not enough to take this country out of the list.
8- Indonesia .
Indonesia is another Asian country that is suffering from a very slow internet speed that hit 256kbps in its best cases , internet users also suffer from a lot of web blockages and slowdowns .
7- Syria .
You could say that there’s nothing being stable in this country at the moment , it is difficult to get access to most services including internet that don’t even hit the lowest rates of internet speed which is 256kbps .
