Ingredients:
Fresh Yogurt/curd - 2 Cups
Chopped Mango - 2 Cups
Sugar - 2 tbsp [or to taste]
Rose Water or Kewra Water - 1 tsp [optional]
Fresh Crushed Cardamom - 1/2 tsp
Chopped Pistachio - 2 tsp (for garnishing)
Saffron/Kesar - A Pinch (plus garnishing)

Method:
1. Peel mangoes and chop then.
2. In a blender or mixer add mango pieces, sugar and puree.
3. Now add yogurt, cardamom powder, saffron and kewar or rose water.
4. Blend again until smooth or for a minute.
5. Pour in serving glass or chill and serve with pista and saffron garnish.

Notes
- You can add 1-2 tbsp of fresh cream to lassi.
- Adding saffron, kewra or rose water is optional, if you don't have both then just ignore.
- Use chilled yogurt and curd instead of adding ice cubes for a thick, creamy lassi.
- You can add 1/2 cup of milk if preferred.
- Use any variety of mango you like.

Mango Aqua Fresco
Ingredients
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks
1 1/2 cups cold water
1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 teaspoon agave nectar or honey, more or less to taste
Lime wedge and mint leaves for garnish
Method
In a blender, combine mango and water and blend until smooth. Pour through a strainer into ice-filled glasses. Stir in lime juice and agave. Garnish with lime and mint, and serve.

اجزاء:
تازہ دودھ-------- ایک لٹر
خربوزے کے چھلکے ----- تین بڑے چمچ
بادام ------ دو بڑے چمچ ( ابلتے پانی میں ایک منٹ ڈال کر نکال لیں اور ٹھنڈے پانی میں ڈاال کر چھلکا اتار لیں)
کاجو ---- دو بڑے چمچ
خشخاش ---- دو بڑے چمچ
کالی مرچ ----- آ دھا چائے کا چمچ
سونف ---- ایک چمچ
زعفران ---- ایک چٹکی
سبز الائچی ----- پانچ عدد
گلاب کا عرق ----- پانچ چمچ
روح کیوڑہ ---- چند قطرے
چینی ----- سات بڑے چمچ
ترکیب:
ایک کپ دودھ لے کر اس میں یہ تمام اجزا ڈال کر اچھی طرح سے بلینڈ کر لیں۔ اب باریک کپڑے سے چھان لیں۔ اور چھانے ہوئے دودھ میں باقی دودھ شامل کر دیں۔ اب تین سع چار گھنٹے فریج میں رکھیں اور گلاس میں سرو کریں۔
