1)use lemon juice.rosewater and glycerine...mix all these

things and put it in frigde and use it daily then after

سر میں خشکی بہت عام ہوتی جارہی ہے جس کا نتیجہ تکلیف دہ خارش کی شکل میں نکلتا ہے اور یہ مسئلہ صرف خواتین تک محدود نہٰں بلکہ مرد حضرات کو بھی اس کا سامنا ہوتا ہے اور اس سے بچنے کے لیے نت نئے شیمپوز کا استعمال کرتے ہیں۔

عام طور پر اس کی وجہ بالوں کی صفائی کا زیادہ خیال نہ رکھنا یا جلدی مسائل ہوتے ہیں تاہم گھر سے باہر لوگوں کی موجودگی میں یہ خارش شرمندگی کا باعث بھی بن سکتی ہے خاص طور پر خشکی اور جوئیں باہر نکلنا تو شرم سے پانی پانی بھی کرسکتا ہے۔

اس تکلیف سے نجات کے چند سادہ مگر دلچسپ ٹوٹکے بہت مددگار ثابت ہوتے ہیں جو پیش خدمت ہیں۔

اسپرین

اسپرین ایسے اجزاء(سیلی کائی لیک ایسڈ) سے بھرپور دوا ہے جو بیشتر خشکی سے نجات دلانے والے شیمپوز کا حصہ ہوتے ہیں۔ اسپرین کی 2 گولیوں کو پیس کر سفوف کی شکل دیں اور سر پر لگانے کے لیے جتنا شیمپو لیتے ہیں اس میں شامل کرلیں، اس مکسچر کو اپنے بالوں پر ایک سے دو منٹ تک لگا رہنے دیں اور پھر اچھی طرح دھولیں، اس کے بعد پھر سادہ شیمپو سے سر کو دھوئیں آپ اس کا اثر دیکھ حیران رہ جائیں گے۔

کھانے کا سوڈا

آپ کا باورچی خانہ اپنے اندر سر کی خارش اور خشکی ختم کرنے کی کنجی چھپائے ہوئے ہوتا ہے۔ بس اپنے بالوں کو گیلا کریں اور پھر اس میں مٹھی بھر کر کھانے کا سوڈا زور سے رگڑیں، شیمپو کو چھوڑ کر بالوں کو دھولیں۔ یہ سوڈا خشکی کا باعث بننے والے عناصر کو متحرک ہونے سے روکتا ہے۔ ہوسکتا ہے کہ سوڈے سے دھونے کے بعد پہلے آپ کے بال خشک محسوس ہو مگر کچھ ہفتوں بعد آپ کے بال قدرتی تیل پیدا کرنے لگیں گے جس سے وہ نرم اور خشکی سے پاک ہوجائیں گے۔

سیب کے عرق کا سرکہ

بالوں کے ماہرین کا دعویٰ ہے کہ سیب کے عراق کا سرکہ سر کی خشکی کا بہترین حل ہے کیونکہ اس میں پائی جانے والی تیزابیت سر میں ایسی تبدیلیاں لاتی ہیں کہ وہاں خشکی کے پیدا ہونا مشکل ہوجاتا ہے۔ ایک چوتھائی کپ اس سرکے کو چوتھائی کپ پانی سے بھری اسپرے بوتل میں شامل کریں اور اپنے سر پر چھڑکاﺅں کریں۔ اپنے سر پر تولیہ لپیٹ لیں اور پندرہ منٹ سے ایک گھنٹے تک آرام سے بیٹھ جائیں جس کے بعد سر کو معمول کے مطابق دھولیں۔ یہ عمل ہفتہ بھر میں دو بار کرنا خشکی کو ہمیشہ کے لیے بھگا دے گا۔

ماﺅتھ واش

بہت زیادہ خشکی کا علاج چاہتے ہو تو پہلے اپنے بالوں کو معمول کے شیمپو سے دھوئیں اور پھر انہیں ماﺅتھ واش سے دھولیں جس کے بعد ہیئر کنڈیشنر کا بھی استعمال کریں۔ ماﺅتھ واشنر میں پھپھوندی کو دور بھگانے والی خوبی خشکی کی روک تھام کرتی ہے۔

ناریل کا تیل

ناریل کا تیل خشکی کا آزمودہ اور موثر علاج ثابت ہوتا ہے جبکہ اس کی مہک بھی مزاج پر ناگوار بھی گزرتی۔ نہانے سے پہلے تین سے پانچ چائے کے چمچ ناریل کے تیل سے سر کی مالش کریں اور ایک گھنٹے تک لگا رہنے دیں۔ اس کے بعد سر کو شیمپو سے دھولیں، اس کے علاوہ آپ ایسا شیمپو استعمال کرکے بھی اس کی افادیت کو دوگنا بڑھا سکتے ہیں جس میں ناریل کے تیل کا استعمال بھی ہوتا ہو۔

لیموں

خشکی سے نجات پانے کے لیے دو چائے کے چمچ لیموں کے عرق یا جوس کی مالش اپنے سر پر کریں اور پانی سے دھولیں۔ اس کے بعد ایک چائے کا چمچ لیموں کا جوس ایک کپ پانی میں ملائیں اور اپنے سر کو اس سے بھگولیں۔ اس طریقہ کار کو روزانہ اس وقت استعمال کریں جب تک خشکی کا خاتمہ نہ ہوجائے۔ لیموں میں موجود تیزابیت آپ کے سر پر ہائیڈروجن کی سطح کو متوازن رکھتی ہے جس کے نتیجے میں خشکی کو دور بھاگنا پڑتا ہے۔

نمک

شیمپو سے پہلے عام نمک کو سر پر رگڑنا یا مالش خشکی کا خاتمہ کرنے میں زبردست کردار ادا کرسکتا ہے۔ نمک دانی کو لیں اور کچھ مقدار میں نمک اپنے سر پر چھڑکیں اور پھر اسے بالوں میں پھیلالیں جس کے بعد کچھ دیر مالش کریں۔ کچھ دیر بعد سر کو شیمپو سے دھو کر حیرت انگیز اثر محسوس کریں۔

ایلوویرا

اپنی خارش کو دور بھگانے کے لیے شیمپو سے پہلے ایلو ویرا کے تیل یا جیل کی مالش کریں۔ آلو ویرا میں ٹھنڈک کا عنصر خارش سے نجات دلانے میں مددگار ثابت ہوتا ہے۔

لہسن

لہسن کی پھپھوندی کی روک تھام کی خاصیت اس خشکی کا باعث بننے والے بیکٹریا کے خاتمے کے لیے بھی بہترین ثابت کرتی ہے۔ لہسن کو پیس کر اپنے سر پر مل لیں، اس کی بو سے بچنے کے لیے اس پیسے ہوئے لہسن میں شہد بھی شامل کرلیں اور پھر سر کی مالش کریں جس کے بعد سر کو معمول کے مطابق دھولیں۔

زیتون کا تیل

رات کو زیتون کے تیل کی مالش کرکے سو جانا خشکی کا صدیوں پرانا ٹوٹکا ہے، زیتون کے تیل کے دس قطروں کو سر پر ٹپکا کر اس کی مالش کریں اور سر کو کسی ٹوپی یا تولیے میں چھپا کر سوجائیں۔ صبح اٹھ کر سر کو دھولیں کچھ دنوں میں خشکی آپ سے دور بھاگ جائے گی، تاہم فوری اثر چاہتے ہیں تو ایسے شیمپو کو ترجیح دیں جس میں زیتون کے تیل بھی شامل ہو۔
