 This chickpea dip is a brilliant quick, nutricous dip and very easy to make. This versatile dip can be served with various food, such as shawarma, falafel or on its own with bread
 
 Ingredients
 
 Chick peas 1 cup
 Sesame seeds (safayd til) 1/4 cup
 Garlic 2
 Salt 1/2 tsp
 Red chili (crushed) 1 tsp
 Olive oil 1/2 cup
 Water 1/2 cup (or as required)
 
 Cooking Directions
 
 Boil the chick peas, and drain the liquid.
 Add chickpeas, sesame seeds, salt and red chili in blender.
 Also add garlic, olive oil and water in the blender.
 Blend all the ingredients well.
 Garnish with coriander, mint, chickpeas, lemon or crushed red pepper.
 Serve the dip with shawarma or other food items.
