Sodas and Colas are good to have the fine taste but in the long run, they did not have the good affects to the body and for the health of the bones. The soda addicted people should reduce the use of sodas and colas as these are not good for their health. If you use colas in large quantity then it will give harm to your bones as its can absorb the calcium from your body. As colas are contained with phosphorous and it can week the intestines and also can disturb your digestive system and you can have problems in digesting the food. The people should also use the healthy foods with the fresh fruit juice, which can give you health and saves from various diseases.
