Shorish Kashmiri is an ideology which has lived in the hearts and minds of scores of people in Pakistan and abroad. He was a man with fiery passion and unwavering determination. His likes cannot be discovered again or created so easily. He was neither a saint nor a religious scholar yet he was somebody who made history wherever he went.
Shorish Kashmiri was born on14th august 1917.
His real name was Abdul Karim. He was given the name Shorish Kashmiri by Maulana Zafar Ali Khan.
He died on 25th October, 1975 at Mayo Hospital, Lahore
