Ingredients:
Fish slices
Besan---------> 3 1/2 or 4 TBS
Red chillie powder (cutti hoe)---> 1 1/2 tsp
haldi-------------------------> ½ tsp
lemon juice-------------------> 1 tsp
Salt--------------------------> according to taste
oil for frying & water for batter.
Method:
Add red chillie powder,haldi,lemon juice and salt in besan along water and make a thick batter of it.Beat well and now dip da fish slices in this besan mixture.coat the fish with this batter n deep fry it in a low frame.
Butter sause:
Butter-----> small packet (according to sause requirement)
carrots,ginger in a slice form
coriander leaves
Black pepper-----> As per taste.
lemon juice------> 2 tsp.
Method:
Melt the butter in a pan.now add carrots,ginger and black pepper in it.Add coriander leaves and lemon juice as well.Now pour this sause on 'Fried Fish'.
