Mayonnaise, often abbreviated as mayo, is a thick, creamy sauce often used as a condiment. It is a stable emulsion of oil, egg yolks and either vinegar or lemon juice, with many options for embellishment with other herbs and spices
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs,
1 cup oil,
2 tbs vinegar,
1 tsp mustard powder
salt to taste
½ tsp black pepper
METHOD
1.In a blender, beat eggs.Add the vinegar, mustard powder, salt & pepper & ½ cup oil. Blend till frothy.
2. Whilst the blender is still on & blending the above ingredients, slowly pour in the rest of the oil till the mayo reaches a thick consistency.
