      mera jo sab se pehle sabaq tha zindagi main jo main ne seekha wo tha how to control anger...bohot hi mushkil kaam aur din ba din insaan main ghussa barhta rehta hai..kuch waqt pehle mujhe bhi har aisi baat jo mujhe galat lagti thi main us pe bohot ghussa kia karti thi.aur phir kabhi koi jawab toh kabhi koi jawab de dia karti thi.aur socha karti thi ke moonh pe baat keh kar bohot acha kia main ne.magar baad main pachtaawa hua karta tha ke main ne ye baat galat kar di.

      ye baat garoor wali kar di.aur ye baat mujhe karni nahi chahiy thi..andar hi andar sharmindagi hua karti thi..phir main ne apne ghusse ko control karna seekha..aur is ke liye main ne sab se pehle ye seekha ke kisi ko bhi ghusse wale lehje main baat nahi karni hai.aur jo baat hai usko bohot suljhe hue tareeqe se is andaaz main karni hai ke doosre ko mera point of view bhi samajh aa jaye aur main ghusse main sharminda hone wale alfaaz bolne se bhi ruk jaoon..aur yakeen jaaniye..us ke baad se aaj tak.ghussa hone ke baad main sharminda nahi hui..haan galti bhi hui kabhi.par bohot kam..

      INSHAALLAH aainda bhi ye galti nahi hua kare gi..
