SUBZI AUR PANEER KAY PARATHAY
Ingredients
White Flour Dough 1/2 kg
Paneer 1 cup
Potatoes (boiled) 2
Green Peas (boiled) 1 cup
Finely Chopped Capsicum 1
Spring Onions 2
Green Chilies 4
Salt ½ tsp
Chaat Masala 2 tsp
Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tsp
Ghee for frying
Method:
In a bowl add paneer, boiled potatoes,boiled peas, finely chopped capsicum, spring onions, green chilies, salt, chaat masala, crushed red chilies and mix.
Now roll out a dough ball with a rolling pin and spread stuffing mixture over it.
After this, heat ghee and fry parathay.
