FRIED CHICKEN WITH EGGS
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken (strips) ½ kg
Eggs (boiled) 4
Bread Crumbs 1 cup
Egg 1
Black Pepper 1tsp
Garlic (chopped) 1tsp
Chili Sauce 2tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Red Chilies (crushed) ½ tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Oil for frying
Method:
In a pan, boil eggs and cut in 4 pieces.
Marinate boneless chicken with chili sauce, salt, crushed red chilies, oregano, garlic, black pepper, leave it for half an hour.
Coat the chicken properly with plain flour, eggs and bread crumbs
Same procedure apply in eggs.
Now deep fry in heat oil, take it out until golden brown.
Fried chicken with eggs is ready.
