Sub se pehle Dahi mein Kaali Mirch, Adrak Lehsan, Namak, Kutti Laal Mirch, Chaat Masala, Haldi or Tikka Masala daal kar achay se mix ker lain
Phir us me Chicken ko marinate ker k side per rakh dain

Ab Pan me hasb e zarurat Oil dal ker Piyaaz ko fry ker lain
Ye yaad rakhain jitna zyda Piyaaz hoga Masala b utna zyda n acha bany ga

Jub Piyaaz Sunehri hojaye
