      Beef
      3 Kg One Piece
      Salt
      3 Tea Spoon Full
      Lemon Juice
      Half Cup
      Garam Masala Powder
      2 Tea Spoon
      Sirka / Vineger
      Half Cup
      Qalmi Shora (Available At Hikmat Shops Only)
      2 Tea Spoon
      Shakkar
      2 Table Spoon
      Grape Fruit / Chakotra (If Available Then Good)

      Method
      Beef Ko Achi Tarha Dho Lain, And Aik Ghanta Rakh Dain Is Tarha Ke Sara Paani Nikal Ke Beh Jaye. Phir Is Ko Baareek Churi..Ya Folk Se Punch Karna Shroo Karain..Tamam Parts Ko Dono Sides Se Achi Tarha Punch Karain. So That Is Piece Ke Andar Tamaam Masaala Araam Se Chale Jayain..Gosht Merinate Ho Sake.
      Iske Baad Is Main Salt, Lemon Juice, Sirka, Qalmi Shora, And Garam Masaala One Bye One Laga Ke Baar Baar Achi Tarha Punch Karain..So That Tamaam Cheezain One By One Gosht Main Daakhil Ho Jayain.

      Is Ko 4 Hrs Ke Liye Kitchen Hi Main Normal Temperature Main Rahe Rehne Dain.
