Why we have lost peace, can we get it back , how ?

What is Peace ?
Peace is a state of mind in which your nerves are calm so you may
use all your abilities and talents to pave a way to progress without any
sort of Mental stress.
In an other way, we may say that
"when there are no more wars in the world and all the countries
gets an equal opportunity to develop in a healthy & peaceful
environment"

With the advancement of modern science and technologies, man is Conquering the Universe.
But why have we lost the peace of minds and hearts gradually. Instead of becoming more civilized
and peaceful we are becoming more anxious, insecure and impatient.

Let we have a look on the reasons behind this discomfort and frustration that has lost peace and harmony among the people.
Being a Muslim the most important reason is that we have forgotten our purpose of life and pay negligence to all the teachings of Islam and trying to get peace and bliss in materialistic things. We have broken our relation to our God (ALLAH). We pay no head to His instructions and code of life devised by Him.
When a scientist makes an invention,only he knows that how his gadget will work properly and what can reduce its efficiency. Similarly, only a pharmacist knows the way of action, quantity of dose, advantage and harms of a medicine.
Thus,as ALLAH is the only creator of the universe and the man so only He knows what is best for man. Therefore, He sent His instructions in form of Islam to mankind so they may live peacefully. To disobey His orders is the ultimate cause of discomfort and worry.
The lack of justice is another important factor for the destruction of harmony and contentment among the people and the nations. As Islam says:
"Nations can survive with disbelief but not without justice"
(Prophet Muhammad S.A.W)
Another big reason for distress and disharmony is "the wars and terrorism" being practiced throughout the the world which has created a sense of grief and insecurity among masses. Blasting , target killings, drown attacks, and savageness of so-called Crown of the creatures has destroyed the tranquility and conciliation. Although, U.N.O had been accomplished to solve such issues among the countries to protect the rights of mankind and the peace of world.But alas ! it is not working as a neutral organization but it favors benefits of terrorist countries such as America, Israel and India. As non-believers are enemies of Islam and Muslims which, of course, is a fait accompli. The injustice of U.N.O towards, Kashmir, Palestine and other countries is a cause of lacking peace.

Individually, the altered lifestyle also imparts distress and frustration in people. Our patterns of sleep are changed. The night is best time to sleep and get rid of tiredness after the whole day job. But now a days, people have night jobs and over time work too which makes them unable to enjoy life pleasures. Ultimately, their timings of food are also affected making them weak. Man is bound to become a money machine. All the time he has in his mind that he have to pay bills of electricity, gas, water and others so he just have to earn in any way. Besides, the lust of wealth and countless riches has made the man greedy and selfish. The complexes of inferiority and superiority does not let us share joys with others. We have a social system which values superficial things. We don't bother about good moral values and sacrifice.That's why we lack inner peace.
Political instability and political conspiracies also counter an important part toward disharmony and discomfort. The lusty politicians deceives the innocent nation and earns money by any way. They are not interested in national benefits but keeps personal interest like doing a business to earn profit as much as possible. That's why inflation is rising day by day and people are disturbed.

Some other reasons of discontentment include family quarrels over trifles, moral decadence, jealousy, man's countless desires, lack of basic needs of life, media, excessive use of gadgets, violence of rules and laws, diseases and hostility.

Can we get it back , how?

Peace is the most significant thing that every an needs. Nothing matters how rich you are, how many precious you have if you are not happy at heart and lack peace, everything is worthless.
Peace. it does not mean to be in a place where there is no trouble, noise, or hard work.
It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.

We may get back our lost peace only if we love our God and keep in mind our purpose of life and hereafter.
Islam is a complete code of life. It disregards lust, selfishness, disharmony and gives you a peaceful environment on earth. The laws of God are ultimate solution of all these anxieties and depressions.
There must be a complete assurance of justice and equality from individual to international level.
All Islamic countries should bycott the U.N.O if it can not protect the human rights of freedom and peace. They should make their own Islamic organization at international level to defeat the enemies and protect their rights.
Government should have a thorough change in all systems so people may have their basic rights and needs of life.
Their job timings should be proper and taxes and inflation should be decreased to minimum.
Corrupt politicians should be given capital punishment.
At individual level, everyone must be honest, altruistic and courteous in all aspects of life and should try to follow morals taught by Islam as much as possible if you really want peace.
Share your joys with others and don't suffer from any sort of complexes which makes you discontent at heart and hurts other.
Love your Homeland, People , humanity and always be truthful :)
Be contented on what you have and don't follow your desires blindly.
