for the luv of paneer
For all the paneer lover's, you don't have to indulge in a guilty creamy paneer tikka masala with all the richness of milk cream. How do we make it taste good yet a healthy serving? Well, here is a simple recipe with fewest of ingredients that makes this delish paneer curry that'll leave you licking your fingers!

Ingredients: paneer
1/2 onion
2 tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
oil
red chilli powder- 2 tsp
paprika - 1 tsp
salt to taste
cilantro for garnish.
Method: shallow fry paneer cubes and soak it in warm water to keep it soft.
In the same oil fry onions till done, add gg paste, red peppers and saute.Add chopped tomatoes, red chilli and paprika,salt to taste and cook until done. Blend this to a smooth paste and add paneer. simmer for 5 minutes garnish with cilantro and serve with rice/roti's.
As an alternate, you can add peas green bells and make it more healthier!
