Ingredients
1 kg yogurt - Put all of this yogurt into a piece of mal mal cloth & make a "potli".Hang this overnight.The yogurt's water will have been drained.The leftover yogurt will now be used for the recipe.
The rest of the ingredients are:
5 boiled potatoes
chopped spring onions (no specific quantity)
kuti hui lal mirch 1 tbs
salt 1/2 tsp
lasan paste 1/4 tsp
METHOD:
1.Mix all of the above ingredients (including the hung yogurt)
2.Make kabab shapes
3.Roll the kababs in flour (maida).
4.Then dip in beaten egg & then roll in breadcrumbs
5.Shallow fry the kababs.
