Ingredients:
Lasagne strips boiled
Mince meat (Keema)
Tomato puree of 4-5 tomatoes
Paprika
Salt & Pepper
agino moto
italian herbs
nutmeg powder
cream
cheese spread
mozerella cheese
milk, butter , flour, sliced mushrooms
METHOD:
1.Heat 2 tbs oil.Add half kg Keema, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika powder,black pepper 1 tsp.Add tomato puree.Add 1 tbs Italian herbs & 1 cup sliced mushrooms.Stir & add some water.Let it cook & then mix (bhoon) well.
2. For the white sauce; melt 3 tbs butter.Add 3 and a half tbs of flour, black pepper 1 tsp & some agino moto (optional).Take off heat & add 3 cups of milk slowly whilst stirring.Put back on heat
& cook for a few mins.
3.Grease the baking dish
Layers:
1.Line the baking dish with lasagne pasta strips
2.sprinkle some nutmeg powder on them
3.Add the Keema mixture
4.Add the whote sauce
5.Repeat the layers
6.The top layer should be the lasagne pasta strips
7.Put some cheese spread & grated mozerella cheese on top.Also sprinkle some nutmeg powder.
8.Bake at 180 degree centigrade for 20 mins.
