TANDOORI MELT SANDWICHES
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 250 gms cut into tiny cubes
Butter 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Hot dog buns 4
Jerkin sliced 8 rounds
Oil 2 tbsp
Tandoori masala 3 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Mushrooms 2 chopped
Capsicum 1 chopped
Spring onion chopped 2 tbsp
Onion chopped ½ cup
Method:
Heat oil add chopped onions. Fry transparent. Add chicken with Tandoori masala, ketchup, mushrooms, capsicum, cheese, spring onions. mix and remove. To assemble, cut hot dog buns, toast them. Spread with butter and mayonnaise. Spread filling topped with jerkins and serve.
