Skimmed milk or condenced milk half cup
milk pack one kg pack
khoya half cup
sugar half cup
ilaaichee powder one forth tea spon
cream (if u need) half cup
gond qateera half tea spon.rat ko pani main bhigo ke rakh dain..aik cup pani mian
tukh mlannga one forth tea spoon raat ko half cup pani main bhigo ke rakh dain
qulfa waali siwaaiyaan.. kahin se bhi le lain..qulfe wale se..thande pani main bhigo ke rakh dain
rooh afza..(ye aik pakistani sharbat ka name hai.red colour ka hota hai.aap apni marzi ka koi meetha sharbat lain..khatta ya flavoured nahi hona chaiye)
milk pack wala milk khoya and sugar ko pakne ke liye rakh dain.itna paka lain.ke half reh jaye..ilaachi powder mix kar lain
phir isko freezer main thanda hone ke liye rakh dain.
jab thandda ho jaye khoob.toh is mian cream and skimmed milk mix karain aur achi tarha mix karain.dobara se freezer main rakh dain..qulfa freez ho jaye toh samajhiye taiyaar hai..
aik bowl main..qulfa ke two scoop daalian..oopar se thori si siwaaiyaan daalain..uske oopar paani se nikaal kar tukh mallnnga and thora sa gond qateera daal dain.jitna aap ko pasand ho aik serving main..
uske oopar rooh afza ke kuch drops daal kar thnnda thannda serve karain..
