10- Blueberries
Blueberries as agreed about have plenty of health benefits , and sharpening memory , thinking , boosting the learning ability and strengthening memory are some other health benefits that blueberries provide in addition to the high level of antioxidants in blueberries that help to clear the bloodstream from the free radicals .
9- Red Meat
